The main activities of Estonian Organisation for Copyright Protection are:
- online monitoring of the members content, removal of copyright infringing content .
- checking the legality of the use of musical and audiovisual works.
- raising awareness on copyrights, organizing various awareness raising activities.
- co-operation with Police and Border Guard Board to tackle against copyright infringements.
- co-operation with government agencies in developing legislation of intellectual property rights.
- co-operation with umbrella organisations Motion Picture Accociation – EMEA and IFPI to tackle against copyright infringements
